It is imperative that you see a doctor and a therapist so you can get the help that you need as quickly as possible.
And please do not hesitate to reach out for help.
If you think that you do not have a problem if you have the symptoms of anorexia, bulimia, or Binge Eating Disorder, I am sorry, my friend, but you do indeed have a problem; and you do need help.
Many people with eating disorders keep themselves in denial; and their eating disorders only get worse, and their health deteriorates.
But you KNOW you have a problem.
So reach out for help.
